superquickdumb question
hey! It has been a while since I last played guildwars. Now I started again and I started to use these guildwars forums once more. Now as I read posts/threads there are this term "pve/p split". It is mostly used in some kind of build or skill discussions. So what does this term mean?

http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Aegis
Take Aegis for example. Skill splits mean that skills behave differently in PvP than they do in PvE, and vice versa. The differences may be small numbers, or how the skill acts as a whole. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Signet_of_Spirits Signet of Spirits is an example of how a skill completely changes because of the split.
